A Peek Into The Personal

The Sales Maverick with an Entrepreneurial Edge


Like most kids, I left school unsure of my path, except I knew I had a knack for business. My mum wanted me in a “job for life” at the council, so I tried it… and discovered a new level of boredom.

I studied I.T. and Business but craved something fast-paced and exciting. Then I stumbled into sales, selling jewellery live on TV. The thrill, the pressure, the buzz, I was hooked. That moment sparked what became my lifelong love affair with sales.



From Sales Leader to Entrepreneur

Since 18, I’ve sold everything — I.T. hardware, luxury goods, beauty, marketing, finance, you name it. In I.T. sales, I was one of the few women making serious money in a male-dominated field, earning my Microsoft and AAT certifications along the way.

My edge? No scripts. No hard closes. Just real connections. Gatekeepers became friends, receptionists knew me as Mel, and clients trusted me because I cared.


One of my early wins? Closing an £11,000 deal for Pitman Training. From there, I led digital sales teams, helped Royal Mail’s digital division hit £1M profit in six months, and never looked back.



Building, Creating, Disrupting

I turned my experience into a global training business, franchised it, and later invented Easiring, a patented tool that fits microrings five times faster than standard methods. Always innovating, always selling, always evolving.

At my core, I believe one thing | people buy from people.

Sales isn’t just about numbers; it’s about connection, authenticity, and heart. Whether I’m selling tech, luxury goods, or a vision, I bring the same passion, confidence, and a little Marvin Gaye smoothness.

Born to Perform

From the age of 4, I was a dancer (ballet, modern, tap, & contemporary); you name it, I trained in it. And trust me, I can still bust a move when the moment calls for it! It wasn’t just a hobby. 

I put in the work, won awards, and was even a finalist for Miss Dance of Cleveland. Performing has always been in my blood, and I carry that same energy, confidence, and stage presence into everything I do today.

Nowadays, I stick to regular gym workouts and salsa classes & I'm back on the blades!

A Passion for Travel & Events

I'm obsessed with travel. Any chance to pack a bag, hop on a plane & chase the sun. I’m there! 


There’s something about the warmth of the sun on my skin, the scent of the sea breeze, and palm trees swaying in the wind that just feels like heaven. I’ve cruised with P&O Ferries and Royal Caribbean, trekked in the desert of Cabo Verde, grooved on the San Juan beaches, and snorkelled in the seas of Africa. Next stop - apparently the world's best slime museum resides in New York, which my daughter will absolutely adore!

Every great journey starts with a simple idea. Mine began over 20 years ago with a mission to redefine the world of sales. After reading a thousand sales books and listening to what felt like a billion podcasts, all preaching the same tired techniques (say this, don’t say that), I knew it was time to rip up the rulebook and start fresh.


Sales has long had a bad reputation, but at its core, it’s not about pressure or persuasion; it’s about listening, understanding, and providing real solutions. That’s why I built a different kind of sales approach. One rooted in respect, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping businesses grow.


I am more than just a seller, I'm your strategic partner. My approach is not to squeeze every last penny out of a deal but to elevate businesses and build lasting relationships. I'm here to work with you, to fuel your vision, and to drive meaningful success.


This isn’t just a job for me. It’s my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to reshaping what sales can be. I'm just getting started.
